Bachelor of Technology is a four-year Professional Engineering degree at the Undergraduate Level. This four-year course has a blend of both, practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge. If you believe in innovating things and wish to make one then this course is especially for you.

The students are mandated to address the issues of society either by interacting with the community, visit the community and stay with the community, or by understanding community issues through media. Students in teams (from multiple disciplines) develop solutions either technical or non-technical and deploy in the community. They also interact with the community on the effectiveness of their solution

Institute offers innovative programs in collaboration with leading industries to meet the emerging industry requirements across all disciplines. In engineering disciplines in collaboration with IBM, Siemens, Automotive Research Association of India(ARAI) and Nano Chip Solutions In collaboration with TCS, industry relevant programs are designed in B.Sc, BCA and B.COM

Learn Through Practise

Learning through practice creates real interest for the students on courses with complex problem. Courses are designed with practical experiences (6 to 8 hours) apart from the lecture hours, that creates the most significant impact on the outcome of the students. The faculty mentors the students’ group to collaboratively solve more open-ended situations. Students are encouraged to pursue alternate learning strategies to acquire the competencies by solving the problems which makes the students more agile.

The scholarship is offered up to 100% of Tuition Fees for the Meritorious Students.

B.Tech. Eligibility and Selection

Eligibility towards
Engineering Admissions – Undergraduate

  • A Pass in Higher Secondary(+2 / Intermediate) of State Board, CBSE, Matric and anyother Board of Education recognized by State and Central Government with an aggregate of 50% and above in (Mathematics/Biology), Physics and Chemistry.
  • Candidates appearing in MPC are eligible to apply for all the B.Tech. Engineering programmes.
  • Candidates appearing in BPC are eligible to apply only for B.Tech. Bio-stream Engineering programmes (B.Tech Biotechnology, B.Tech Food Technology).
  • Students holding High School Diploma issued by Northwest Accreditation Commission– US (NWAC-US) are eligible by providing an equivalent certificate issued by the associationof Indian University (AIU) for B.Tech. courses.
  • ‘NIOS’ candidates are eligible to apply.
  • For Lateral Entry: Students with an average of 60% marks in pre-final and finalsemester put together in a three-year Diploma Courses in the relevant area are eligible toapply.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks scored in KUEE, a list will be released by the university on the website after the counseling process.
