The Research Incentive Distribution Ceremony was held at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (KARE) on 16th July 2024 to recognize and reward exceptional researchers for their outstanding contributions.
A total amount of Rs 16.5 Lakhs was distributed among 114 KARE faculty members. Certificates of appreciation were also presented to faculty members for receiving funded projects, publishing in SCI journals and high-impact factor journals, and producing a higher number of Ph.D. graduates.
Such initiatives are crucial for fostering a research culture within the institution and motivating faculty members to excel in their research endeavors. They also contribute to enhancing the institution’s reputation as a center for research and innovation.
